Your Data Privacy

As data recovery professionals we take your privacy seriously. Your data is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to or shared with a third party. Other than the necessary image created during the recovery process and the transfer to a new media storage device, no copies of your data will be created.

In a typical recovery situation, the engineer working on your case will access your data only for the purposes of verification. This generally entails selecting a few files at random and making sure they open properly.

We do not outsource recoveries--we perform all services on-site. Your original device and the image created during the recovery process will never leave our facility.

Unless otherwise directed, we will keep an image of your recovery for 1 week to give you time to review and verify the data set. After this time period, the image will be securely deleted.
